Return & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Returns are only accepted if your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at contact@ultimatesatisfaction.com.au if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on any adult toys, intimate products, or personal care items—even if unopened.
Returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return for a faulty or incorrect item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
